GAIB and NVIDIA’s Cloud Partner Network

NCPs (NVIDIA Cloud Partners) are cloud service providers that build and operate AI infrastructure based on the NCP Reference Architecture, which is a standardized blueprint published by NVIDIA for cloud providers delivering advanced AI workloads. It defines a complete, validated design covering:
- GPU Clusters: Latest NVIDIA GPUs (e.g., B200s and B300s).
- High-Performance Networking: Quantum-2 InfiniBand and Spectrum-X Ethernet
- Storage Solutions: NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD and DGX Cloud.
- Management Tools: In- and out-of-band management solutions provided by NVIDIA.
- AI Software Stack: NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NeMo, NIM, Riva, and RAPIDS.
By providing a proven, certified, and interoperable foundation, NCP enables cloud providers to deploy AI infrastructure quickly and reliably, supporting both training and inference of large-scale AI models without the complexity of integrating multiple components independently.
The Core Value of NCPs include:
- Time-to-Market: NCP delivers a pre-validated blueprint, enabling cloud providers to launch AI clusters faster and capture market opportunities ahead of competitors.
- Assured Performance: Every NCP configuration is benchmarked and co-engineered with NVIDIA. Providers avoid costly trial-and-error, while guaranteeing their infrastructure can handle the demands of LLMs training and inference.
- Interoperability: Components within NCP are certified for compatibility. This ensures smooth scalability, simplifies integration with enterprise software.
- Reduced Operational Complexity: Beyond hardware, NCP embeds management, monitoring, and security best practices — helping providers operate at enterprise-grade reliability.
NCPs Work with GAIB
As GAIB strategic partners, NCPs benefit from accessing liquidity from onchain capital markets, enabling rapid expansion of its GPU infrastructure and accelerated deployment of AI workloads. GAIB works with several NCPs and has many others in the pipeline.
Siam AI is one of Thailand’s leading AI data center operators and the first sovereign NVIDIA Cloud Partner in Asia. Optimized for AI/ML, VFX rendering, and compute-intensive tasks, SIAM’s infrastructure is up to 35x faster and 80% more cost-effective than traditional cloud providers. Beyond its core cloud computing services, the company has developed SiamGPT, an advanced generative AI platform with specialized knowledge about Thailand and information particularly relevant to Thai people.
On September 22, GAIB announced the tokenization of a $30 million GPU-backed loan financing agreement with Siam AI at a fixed interest rate of ~15%. This financing will enable Siam AI to expand its GPU infrastructure and secure long-term service contracts with institutional clients.
GMI Cloud is a GPU-based cloud provider that delivers high-performance and scalable infrastructure for training, deploying, and running artificial intelligence models. As an NVIDIA Reference Cloud Platform Provider, GMI Cloud operates 8 data centers in 5 countries
GMI Cloud delivers full-stack, US-based GPU infrastructure and enterprise-grade inference services built for scaling AI products. From training to real-time deployment, GMI Cloud infrastructure is owned end-to-end, providing the performance, reliability, and control needed to launch faster and grow without constraints.
Alex Yeh, co-founder and CEO at GMI Cloud, is also a co-founder at GAIB, ensuring close connections with top industry players for GAIB’s GPU financing dealflow.
Why Does This Matter?
Working with NVIDIA Cloud Partners means GAIB is investing in state-of-the-art technology with companies executing at the frontier of AI development and as a result, exposing GAIB investors and AID/sAID holders to them.
NCPs execute their AI infrastructure development following NVIDIA’s highest standards, and GAIB works closely with them to ensure our financing operations benefit from it.
After $50M have already been deployed, there is a +$725M deal pipeline to provide the best yields from AI and Robotics to the GAIB community and we will be unveiling more soon, so stay tuned!
